“Superfly is a logical result of a continuing strategy pursued by the resort of Tatralandia. The project will join other popular attractions and fill up the shortage of “dry” attractions in the area. It offers great fun which is rather unique within Europe. Tatralandia tries to bring unforgettable experiences to all its clients being on holiday,“ says Marek Rattaj, Managing Director of SuperflyTunel s.r.o and external partner of Tatry mountain resorts, a.s.

A glass chamber with a diameter of 4.3 m and the wind speed of 270 km/h creates conditions identical to free fall. Visitors are safe when drifted high inside the vertical simulator and watched by professional instructors all the time. They are advised how to handle the body inside a strong wind stream and can enjoy a feeling of weightlessness as if they were jumping from a plane. This exciting physical activity is available to every healthy person at the age between 5 and 100 years, or people higher than 110 cm. Flying in a chamber is educational too, one learns to keep balance, coordinate the movement of the body, arms and legs, muscles are trained too. Professional sportsmen compare the attraction to gymnastics or yoga in the air available even for immobile people who want to feel the freedom of movement.

The aquapark Tatralandia will have a special offer for all its visitors – a combi package that will include a ticket to the aquapark and a basic Superfly package. The “flight” on the simulator is divided in 1.5-minute sections. 3 minutes of free fall correspond to 3-4 jumps from a plane at the height of 4000m. The attraction is due to be opened in the upcoming summer season.
