Shareholders adopted all proposals of the Board of Directors and proposals of shareholders, among others the proposal on the adoption of the annual individual statements and the proposal to settle the loss in the amount of 225,254 EUR according to the annual individual statements. The Supervisory Board member Boris Kollár, who was removed from office, was replaced by Martin Kopecký, a newly elected member. The KPMG Slovensko spol. s.r.o. company was elected the auditor of the TMR companyagain. In the current financial year, the Board of Director plans to reach a yield of 62.1 million EUR, which would mean a 10.3% annual increase. The earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) are planned to reach 21.07 million EUR, which is 21.9% more when compared to the adjusted operating profit of the previous year.

As for the investment strategy, TMR is going to focus on the Polish market. Capital expenditures are going to be used mainly in the Polish resort of Szczyrkowski Ośrodek Narciarski (SON) and the recently built Silesian Amusement Park (Śląskie Wesołe Miasteczko).

There was a special additional programmeprepared for the Shareholders Weekend and shareholders along with their family members could visit places they own and use the benefits of the shareholder´s club in the resorts operated by TMR for free.

TMR owns 19% of the Melida, a.s. company, which leases and operates the mountain resort Špindlerův Mlýn in the Czech Republic. I n Poland, TMR owns the resort of Szczyrk. The company also owns and rents hotels Slovakia, Kosodrevina, Liptov and Ski&Fun Záhradky and Bungalows. Almost 200 million Euros were invested by the end of 2014 in the above mentioned resorts, to support development and modernisation. The TMR shares are traded on three European stock exchanges – in Bratislava, Prague and Warsaw.
