This year´s 6-course menu will offer venison, fish, poultry but also high-quality beef sirloin. “All senses will be pleased by the unique gastronomy of unusual tastes and pleasant aromas of delicious drinks. The ski resort of Jasná Nízke Tatry offers a rich après-ski programme during the winter season and this includes the Tatra Dinner of Emotions with a 5-course menu, which is organised in the Von Roll Luková restaurant three times per week – on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays. The Von Roll restaurant has received many international awards and is a proud holder of two Slovak records.
Unforgettable culinary evenings – the so called Full Moon Dinners are held on top of Mt. Chopok, in the panoramic Rotunda restaurant at the altitude of 2,004 metres at full moon, which is on 31/1, 2/3 and 31/3 this winter.
