After the first songs of the “Nech” album were played, both well-wishers leaned over a huge shell and wished 11 songs of the album well, poured salt water from the Tropical Paradise pools on it and added: “May these great songs conquer the world of music! We are launching you and seeing you out into the world. Be a virtuous CD, as virtuous as the boys and girls that recorded you.“

“We used to launch albums in capital cities. I have no secrets, I am a local patriot and wanted to bring it to our region of Liptov because Tatralandia is the symbol of Liptovský Mikuláš. Singing was quite tough and little extreme with 34 degrees Celsius but I am very happy though. We have never played on a ship before. Music on the my new album is diverse, I wanted everybody to find something for him or her – modern songs, blues or the typical Brit pop a´la Harich,“ said Martin Harich and smiled.

Besides the ethereal Celeste Buckingham, who sang a duet with Martin Harich at the launch ceremony, there were other Superstar colleagues who came to show support – Thomas Puskailer, Jerguš Oravec or the singer Martin Madej.

Martin Harich began his singing career in a folklore ensemble, learned to play the guitar, piano and drums. In 2011 he was one of the Slovak Superstar finalists and finished fourth. His first CD called “A Story of Dreams” was released in the same year.
