TMR’s Board of Directors convened the Annual General Meeting (AGM) for 12 April 2014 with the start at 11 a.m. The AGM’s agenda inter alia includes business performance review, proposal on income distribution, and election of a Supervisory Board member.

Besides the AGM’s agenda, the Shareholders’ Weekend is attractive with its accompanying program. During the weekend shareholders and their relatives can enjoy free entertainment in TMR’s resorts in Jasná Nízke Tatry or Vysoké Tatry, as well as in Aquapark Tatralandia. Also they can use special shareholder discounts for various ancillary services.

“Last year we concluded the first phase of our intensive investment cycle in the Tatras, under which we invested 190 million euros into growth of our resorts and hotels. During the Shareholders’ Weekend not only can our shareholders vote at the General Meeting, but they can also fully enjoy our results, such as the ultramodern cableway, Funitel, in Jasná, the newly opened Rotunda restaurant at the peak of Chopok Mountain with the view of the Tatras, or the Tatra-style tropics of Tropical Paradise in Tatralandia,” Bohuš Hlavatý, Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO of TMR, added.

For the prior financial year ending 31/10/2013 TMR achieved net individual income of EUR 5.7 million. TMR’s Board of Directors proposes to distribute 10% into the reserve fund and to retain the rest in the Company.

Shareholders owning the TMR stock on the record date – 9 April 2014 may attend the AGM. More information, including detailed items of the AGM’s agenda and relevant documents are available at http://www.tmr.sk/investor-relations/regulated-information/general-meetings/.
