FLATTACH (8th November 2022) Great news from Carinthia! The Mölltaler Gletscher ski resort is going to welcome the first skiers on Thursday 10th November.
The long-awaited winter season beginning in the popular Austrian resort is finally there. “The temperature drop has helped us prepare the iconic piste no. 3, the panoramic Eissee restaurant will be fully at disposal for skiers and resort visitors. And we are doing our best to make more pistes available soon,” informed Adam Svačina, the resort general manager.
The official resort season opening takes place a week later on 18th – 20th November 2022. The varied supporting programme will include ski testing, beer tasting and a great after party as well as a ski race in typical Austrian folk costumes: Dirndl & Lederhosen. Ski passes are sold at flexible prices from €30/day via gopass.travel, tourists can buy special tickets at €20/day.
