The Ještěd ski resort boasts a long-standing sporting history and the tradition of a town ski resort with a unique catchment area. Its year-round operation is further enhanced by excellent accessibility within the North Bohemian region. The resort covers 33 hectares of pistes of all difficulty levels. At the start of the 2021/22 winter season, a major innovation was introduced: night skiing on the newly built Nová Skalka piste, along with the unique TechnoAlpin Snow Factory snowmaking technology. Thanks to this system, the Ještěd ski resort can make sufficient snow even at above-freezing temperatures. The 1.5 km-long Nová Skalka piste, equipped with modern, energy-efficient lighting, offers ideal conditions for family skiing. The resort also features a bike park with two trails (flow trail and skill zone). Recreational cyclists can enjoy 13 km of cycle routes. TMR has leased and operated the Ještěd resort since 22nd December 2017, under a 10-year lease with an option to extend for a further 10 years.
