TMR Invest oversees the group’s investment activities across real estate, development and tourism infrastructure projects.
It draws on the long-standing expertise of the Tatry mountain resorts group in the development, operation and sale of real estate in the regions of the Low and High Tatras.

TMR Fund
TMR Fund is a qualified-investor fund focused on real estate projects linked to tourism in prime locations.
Its strategy is to build a diversified portfolio of real estate and development projects connected to tourism, leisure and destination development, generating regular rental income while delivering long-term capital growth.
Unlike purchasing a single apartment, investors can participate in the performance of the entire portfolio, benefiting from growing demand for travel and leisure experiences.
The minimum investment starts from €50,000 / CZK 1,000,000. The investments also include attractive benefits, such as preferential rates on accommodation at TMR hotels or discounts on up to two season ski passes. The target annual return is in the range of 8–10%.
