Adam Tomis – CHAIRMAN of the Supervisory Board
Mr. Tomis was elected a Supervisory Board member by the General Meeting on 12/04/2014. Currently, he serves as a project manager responsible for non-banking investments of the J&T Group. During 2012-2013 he worked in a consulting firm McKinsey&Company on projects in banking and telecommunications. Before, he had served for eight years at the investment firm Benson Oak Capital and for one year at the independent air travel agency Travel Service. Mr. Tomis earned his college degree at Charles University in Prague, the Institute of Economic Studies, majoring in Finance, financial markets, and banking.
Andrej Devečka – Member of the Supervisory Board
Mr. Devečka was elected as a member of the Board of Directors in December 2011. Since 1991 he has been an owner, businessman, coowner, executive and member of the Supervisory Board in a number of companies. Previously, he held the position of Senior Manager in Tesla Liptovský Hrádok, a technology machinery company. He graduated from the University of Technology in Liptovsky Mikuláš, with a specialization in microelectronics and laser technology.

Roman Kudláček – Member of the Supervisory Board
Mr. Kudláček was elected a member of the Supervisory Board in April 2011 by the General Meeting. He possesses a long-term experience in the machinery and engineering industry. Since 2000 till the present day he also serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of K&M, a.s. From 2001 till 2008 he served as procurator of Liptosol, s.r.o. in Liptovský Mikuláš. Previously he held another position as Chairman of the Board at LIPTOVSKÉ STROJÁRNE plus, a.s., a machinery company (1997 – 1999). From 1993 till 1999 he also served as procurator of RBL, s.r.o. For two years he was an entrepreneur in the retail business.
Miroslav Roth – Member of the Supervisory Board
Mr. Roth was elected a member of the Supervisory Board in June 2012 by TMR’s employees. In the Company he currently serves as the Technician of electrical networks, which is a position he held previously since 1985 in Tatranske lanove drahy (Tatra cableways).
MAREK SCHWARZ – MEMBER OF THE SUPERVISORY BOARD
Mgr. Marek Schwarz, MBA., has worked as the HR director at TMR for years and was elected a Supervisory Board member by the employees as of 30.6.2021.
IVAN OŠKO – MEMBER OF THE SUPERVISORY BOARD
Ivan Oško has worked for TMR for years, and is now the head cable car manager. He was elected a Supervisory Board member by the employees as of 30.6.2021.
Pavol Mikušiak – Member of the Supervisory Board
Ing. Mikušiak was elected a member of the Supervisory Board in April 2013 by the General Meeting. He is a member of corporate bodies of several Slovak companies. Since 1996 he serves as business director of CBA Verex, a.s. Previously he worked as foreign trade director at Verex, s.r.o. (1992 – 1996) and as a scientific researcher at Reasearch Institute in Liptovsky Mikulas (1987 – 1992). He graduated from the Technical University in Košice, the Faculty of information technologies and programming.
František Hodorovský – member of the Supervisory Board
Mr Hodorovský was re-elected by the General Meeting as a member of the Supervisory Board in april 2016 . Since 1996, he has held various positions as a legal representative, partner and shareholder in various companies operating in the tourism industry. He graduated from the University of Economics in Bratislava, Faculty of Business Management. Besides his role as TMR’s member of the Supervisory Board, Ing. Hodorovský serves as a legal representative in BELGOMET, s.r.o., , ELAFINA, s.r.o., FOREST HILL COMPANY, s. r. o., DITERGO, s.r.o., MINERVA SIS, s.r.o. , SLOVKARPATIA DANUBE, s.r.o., SLOVKARPATIA, s.r.o., ENNEL, s.r.o. and TLD, s. r. o., as a partner in E-is-W, s.r.o. and TERCOM BARDEJOV, spol. s.r.o.
NAĎA ONDRUŠIKOVÁ – Member of the Supervisory Board
Naďa Ondrušíková was elected as a member of the supervisory board in the Annual General Meeting in May 2024. She works as the executive director of O.C & O.C PRODUCTION & O.C AGENCY, one of the most famous Austrian PR agencies in the field of lifestyle and event organization. She previously served as CEO of VOGUISH.TV & STARFASHVISION.TV (2008 – 2016) focusing on international television productions, including the world-famous Cannes Film Festival, as well as New York, London, Milan and Paris, focusing on lifestyle and fashion. In the years 2004 – 2008, she worked as a representative CEO of RATH AVIATION CANNES / France, which operates private aircraft, including operational management of the entire flight management. Among others, she graduated from the International Business College Vienna.
