Gopass is introducing a major change. Loyalty points that clients of mountain resorts and water parks have been collecting for service purchases will be replaced by the Gopass Cashback programme from 1st November 2024. This change will allow clients to save even more than before.
Gopass loyalty points, which are valid until 31st October 2024, can be redeemed by clients for selected products and services at discounted prices through the online shop or at designated partner facilities. Cashback will bring significant changes to the loyalty programme.
5 cashback levels
From 1st November 2024, all Gopass clients will be placed into five cashback levels based on their cumulative purchases on Gopass. Simply put, the more a person has spent, the greater their discount will be. Starting in November 2024, clients will receive 1.5–5% of their purchase value back as goX cashback, depending on their cashback level. Moving up to a higher cashback level will be possible by increasing the volume of purchases. It will be essential to identify oneself with their Gopass every time when buying something to ensure that the goX cashback is credited to the correct account.
Gopass introduces goX
In the new Gopass Cashback loyalty programme, the original loyalty points will be replaced by internal Gopass currency called goX, which clients can use to buy products and services offered by Gopass programme partners. The total goX balance will consist of goX cashback and goX credit.

FAQ
What about collected loyalty points?
We recommend using all points collected in the old loyalty programme by 31st October 2024. After this date, the points will expire and can no longer be redeemed for products and experiences. Until then, they can be used to buy services – e.g. as discounts on accommodation at TMR hotels or as ski pass vouchers for the 2024/25 winter season.
