Dear Shareholders,
we would like to inform you that the TMR Shareholders’ Club will be terminated as of October 30, 2026. After this date, it will no longer be possible to use or claim any of the provided benefits.
The information regarding the termination of the Shareholders’ Club was announced at the General Meeting of Shareholders held on June 20, 2025.

2. NOTICE FOR SHAREHOLDERS:
Dear shareholder,
on behalf of Tatry mountain resorts, a. s. (hereinafter as “TMR”), we hereby inform you that, with effect from 1st December 2025, an amendment to the General Terms and Conditions of the TMR Shareholders Club for the 2025/2026 season shall enter into force, namely Amendment No. 1 to the General Terms and Conditions of the TMR Shareholders Club for the 2025/2026 season, the full wording of which is available on this website.
The amendment introduces an obligation for shareholders who are members of the TMR Shareholders Club to prove their ownership of TMR shares in the quantity stipulated by the General Terms and Conditions of the TMR Shareholders Club for the 2025/2026 season as a requirement for registration and for using the so-called shareholder benefits (i.e. at least 500 TMR shares for the VIP status and at least 750 TMR shares for the VIP GOLD status). In addition to proving ownership for registration purposes, shareholders must also do so on the following dates:
- 31/12/2025,
- 28/02/2026,
- 31/05/2026, and
- 31/08/2026,
The Statement of Stock Ownership must be submitted by every shareholder electronically, by e-mail sent to benefit@tmr.sk, no later than 10 calendar days after each of the above dates. Should this deadline lapse without the Statement of Stock Ownership being submitted, or should it be established that on any of the above dates, the shareholder does not hold at least the number of shares required for registration in the TMR Shareholders Club and for the use of benefits, their membership in the TMR Shareholders Club shall terminate on the day following any such date (the decisive moment being the first date on which ownership of shares or ownership of the minimum number of shares required for TMR Shareholders Club membership is not duly demonstrated). This termination shall apply to the respective shareholder or to the person for whom the shareholder activated benefits, and, in the case of VIP GOLD, also to one additional person, without entitlement to any financial or non-financial compensation.
On behalf of TMR, we kindly request that you fulfil the above-mentioned obligation duly and in a timely manner.

750 and more shares: VIP GOLD benefit – for 2 persons
The VIP GOLD benefit is going to include:

- LEGENDIA amusement park pass (in the summer season)
- 50% off the 1-year Green fee (golf resort Ostravice)

TMR, a.s. is entitled to change or cancel the discount system anytime.
VIP benefit for 1 person: one person is fixed when the benefit is activated, i.e. the benefit is non-transferable to a specific person after activation. During the validity of the benefit (from the date of registration approval, until 30.10.2026), it will not be possible to change the person.
VIP GOLD benefit for 2 persons: two persons are fixed upon activation of the benefit, i.e. the benefit is non-transferable to two specific persons after activation. During the validity of the benefit (from the date of registration approval, until 30.10.2026), it will not be possible to change persons.
The VIP benefit applies to selected resorts which are specified in details in the General Terms and Conditions Shareholders club 2025/2026.
CHANGE: the shareholder benefit is not valid at the ski resort Ankogel.
A 15% discount to goX cashback means that you pay the bill in full and receive 15% of the price to goX cashback under the conditions defined in the General Terms and Conditions of the Gopass program.
We kindly ask you to exercise caution when activating the benefit for specific individuals and to carefully consider your choice. Please be advised that once the shareholder benefit has been activated, subsequent changes are not possible. Therefore, please double-check all details before confirming the activation.
