The resort of Jasná, which is a proud partner of our most successful Slovak skier, has arranged a helicopter for our world champion. “Travelling is very exhausting so I would like to thank Jasná for making this possible. We always try to find the best transport option because I need to relax and regenerate as much as possible so that I can perform well,” explained Petra Vlhová regarding the advantages of flying with a helicopter. “We are very happy that we have made it and could arrange maximum comfort for Petra on her journey to Špindlerův Mlýn. It was one of the ways to thank Petra for fitting races at her home resort in. We are also glad she could enjoy having her fans around in Jasná and her fans could celebrate her victories together with her. Of course, we have wished her a lot of success for the World Cup,” said Matej Hulej, the general manager of the Jasná resort. Before Petra flew away, he surprised her with one more present – a blue pillow with OUR PEŤA, THE WORLD CHAMPION written on it. “It´s a present meant for long journeys. Peťa spends most of her time away from home so we would like her to feel comfortably while travelling,” added Mr. Hulej. A helicopter was prepared to transport Petra between the resorts operated by Tatry mountain resorts, a.s. last week but could not take off due to bad weather. That is why Petra had to travel by car from Špindlerův Mlýn to Jasná.
