The number of parking spaces in the resort of Jasná is limited and once all car parks are full, shuttle busses will be at disposal for skiers and snowboarders (transfer transport to the resort) and operate between the park-and-ride facility of Pavčina Lehota and the lower station of the B8 – Lúčky chairlift. The traffic will be regulated between 8:00am and 12:00noon if necessary. All drivers are expected to follow the instructions of the car park staff and members of the Slovak Police Force who will be there to direct the traffic. Resort clients should bear in mind that their journey to the resort might take longer than usually. They are also asked not to block the shuttle busses if there are tailbacks on the roads and to use the capacity of their cars as much as possible.
Clients staying at accommodation facilities in the resort of Jasná should show their accommodation confirmations that enable them to enter Demänovská dolina (valley) even if traffic is regulated. The resort operator suggests checking in after 12:00noon.
Skiers and clients staying outside of the resort of Jasná can use ski buses that operate from Liptovský Mikuláš, Liptovský Ján, Liptovský Trnovec and Demänovská dolina. For more details of ski bus schedules, please visit the resort website: www.jasna.sk, the Transport section.
The traffic situation can be monitored also via Google Maps or the traffic monitoring app of the Expres radio.
