Bešeňová water park – Thermal Heart of Liptov
The Bešeňová water park is a place where the power of natural geothermal water meets modern water attractions and comfortable accommodation in the heart of the Liptov region. Thermal water rising as deep as more than 2,000 m, rich in minerals such as calcium, magnesium, sodium and iron, supports regeneration of the musculoskeletal system, respiratory tract, skin, blood circulation and overall physical and mental harmony.
The water park includes 4 outdoor geothermal pools (27–39 °C) and 5 indoor freshwater pools (27–38 °C) year-round, suitable for all age groups. Indoor highlights include a wave pool evoking the feeling of the ocean and a children’s pool for the youngest guests. A relaxation pool and a bowl-shaped pool are equipped with massage jets to ease muscle tension and promote recovery.
Adrenaline seekers can enjoy the 30-meter-high water slide tower with 6 water slides of a total length exceeding 1 km, including a red and a yellow one for fast rides and a black slide featuring impressive lighting and magical effects.
