LIPTOVSKÝ MIKULÁŠ (31 July 2026) – Tatry mountain resorts, a.s. (“TMR”, the “Company”) today announced its financial results for the first six months of the 2025/2026 financial year, as of 30 April 2026. The Group’s consolidated revenues for this period increased by 11.3% to EUR 144.1 mil. Operating profit before depreciation (EBITDA) increased by 19.8% to EUR 56.4 mil., and net profit reached EUR 28.5 mil.
Key performance indicators in individual segments showed growth compared to the previous half-year, which reflected in higher revenues.
„ We closed the 2025/26 winter season with very good results. We have achieved growth once again compared to the first half of the previous fiscal year. The results of the winter season further affirmed that the Group’s long-term capital allocation toward quality enhancement, snowmaking capacity, and service expansion continues to generate favorable returns. Slovak ski resorts recorded their highest skier attendance in four years. In Jasná, the season commenced as early as 28 November and encompassed 150 days of skiing operations, representing a 13% increase over the prior season and the strongest result in the resort’s history to date. The High Tatras achieved the highest visitor numbers of the past four years, although pedestrian visitor volumes remained flat on a year-on-year basis. Our international resorts likewise delivered strong performance. Szczyrk Mountain Resorts in Poland recorded its best winter season since the commencement of operations; despite challenging weather conditions in early December, prior investments in snowmaking capacity enabled skiing operations to continue until mid-March. Ještěd posted one of the strongest seasons in its history, opening as early as the end of November for the first time since the Group’s acquisition of the resort, which translated into record attendance. Muttereralm matched its exceptionally successful prior season, which had set the resort’s record. Mölltaler Gletscher, by contrast, fell short of the prior year’s results, as adverse weather necessitated a closure of nearly two weeks at the turn of February and March; nevertheless, favorable spring conditions attracted national and club teams from across Europe through the close of the season. The leisure segment likewise developed favorably, with revenues increasing by 8.4%, driven predominantly by higher attendance at our water parks, Tatralandia and Bešeňová. In the hotel segment, both the average room rate and occupancy improved, supported primarily by stay packages incorporating ski passes and aqua passes in the price of accommodation. Ancillary services further strengthened overall performance, with revenues from dining facilities growing by 11.4% and the sports services and stores segment posting revenue growth of 7.5%. The Group’s total consolidated revenues reached EUR 144.1 mil., representing growth of 11.3% compared to the corresponding period of the previous fiscal year. Operating EBITDA rose by 19.8% year-on-year to EUR 56.4 mil. “commented Igor Rattaj, Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO of TMR.
