“Grandhotel Praha in Tatranská Lomnica is going to welcome 35 exhibitors from highquality and very interesting companies that work in various fields of the wedding industry. Visitors can look forward to the latest models of wedding dresses, wedding announcement cards, innovative flower and balcony decoration. Goldsmiths will be there as well, of course, with an offer of beautiful wedding rings. Tasting wedding delicacies will include original Italian rolled ice cream and wedding cakes. Weddings can be remembered also thanks to a crazy photo booth which makes pictures according to everyone´s wishes. Have you ever tried a wedding dress made of bio cotton, silk, satin or bamboo fibre? If not, join us on Saturday,” said the fair organiser Ingrid Littmannová from the Škerák studio.
The fair is meant not only for future brides but also for grooms, mothers of brides and other family members who help organise weddings. As for the fair programme, there will be the dynamic MUSe trio, the Samorost folk band with a wedding bonnet ceremony demonstration and a raffle.
“The fair is opened for the public from 10:00am to 05:00pm. Grandhotel Praha and Grandhotel Starý Smokovec are going to have their stalls there as well and will be offering complex information about their Tatra ´Grand wedding´. As far as the trends are concerned, the latest experience shows that people prefer simple decoration as the hotels are grandiose enough. Round tables with high flower arrangements are popular. It´s not only luxurious spaces that make weddings at our hotels exceptional but also complex help with organising various details of the wedding day, from flowers, the ceremony up to the complete schedule of the big day. The historic grand hotels are sought after mainly due to their high ceilings, marble columns, crystal chandeliers and a great kitchen,” summed up Lucia Zastková, the banquet manager at Grandhotel Praha.
