“The award is a positive reaction to the complex care for customers in the Tatras that we offer. We are happy to have succeeded among such giants like LE Club Accor Hotels, which has about 3,500 hotels in 92 countries of the world, or Heathrow Airport, which is the third busiest airport in the world with more than 70 million transported passengers,“ commented Bohuš Hlavatý, the CEO TMR on the success.
“When participating in the ʼThe Loyalty Awardsʼ, our main ambition was to compare the quality of our loyalty programme with the biggest players on the world market. We believed in our product and were very happy about the evaluation of the expert committee which confirmed that even such a small country like Slovakia can be world-class. We regard the GOPASS customer programme, which has been used successfully by skiers in mountain resorts in the High and Low Tatras, visitors at our hotels, in Aquapark Tatralandia, consumers in gastro facilities operated by TMR or customers of Tatry Motion sports shops for two years, as a very effective means of communication and a great way of getting to know our clients better. More than 250 thousand of customers have already expressed their loyalty to the Tatras via GOPASS. It is especially the main award for the Best loyalty programme in the field of travel and the one for Direct Marketing, i.e. direct communication with our clients, that we consider extraordinary success,“ said Vladimír Šarafín, the CRM and Business development manager of the GOPASS programme.
“We introduced GOPASS to our Czech clients in the resort of Špindlerův Mlýn last year and we plan to continue with clients in other resorts that we operate in Poland. Within marketing cooperation, GOPASS is going to be used by visitors of the GINO Paradise Bešeňová water park from 12th June as well. Our loyalty system has been appreciated by various regional accommodation providers who became our partners in winter by using a unique and comfortable service of ski passes offered “on pillows”, said Michal Beňo, the sales director of TMR.
“GOPASS is one of the most significant projects that we have participated in. Every single GOPASS holder, and not only skiers, is considered the most important member. This is the reason why we are cooperating with the TMR GOPASS team to prepare another generation of the loyalty programme and why GOPASS has been awarded along with the best loyalty programmes,“ concluded Milan Schnorrer from the Pricewise company, which is behind the successful GOPASS project.
“The Loyalty Awards“ are given every year for the best innovations and proven methods applied in loyalty programmes all over the world. They are considered a big satisfaction and a positive reaction on the way to success of companies that offer loyalty programmes and have great results when approaching their clients. Besides GOPASS, there were significant finalists such as IKEA Family, Heineken UK, COOP Switzerland, Avios, Payback, Carlson Residor Group, Eurostar International and others.
