The qualified investor fund known as Gopass Property is undergoing a rebrand. Under its new name – TMR Fund – it will become part of the newly established TMR Invest platform, designed to provide a clearer and more transparent investment offering, strengthen brand positioning within the investment sector, and communicate the focus of individual investment products and their connection to tourism, real estate development and the expertise associated with the TMR brand more effectively.
The TMR Fund is a qualified investor fund focused on real estate projects linked to tourism and leisure destinations in attractive locations. While the name is changing, the fund remains committed to its original purpose.
“The strategy, investor benefits and long-term vision all remain unchanged. The TMR Fund will continue to focus on investments in real estate and development projects connected to tourism, leisure and destination growth, while creating sustainable long-term investment value. The rebrand does not alter the essence of the product; rather, it provides a clearer expression of its investment focus and its close connection to the TMR ecosystem,” explains Martin Duch, Member of the TMR Fund Supervisory Board.
Until now, clients could invest either through the former Gopass Property fund or directly into selected real estate developments under the TMR Real Estate brand. Although these investments were closely linked to TMR activities, this connection was not always immediately apparent to investors. Projects such as the Sasanka Apartments & Studios or the Jasná Central Resort Hotel were not automatically perceived within the context of TMR as both a developer and an operator. The feedback from investors played a key role in shaping the decision to introduce a clearer investment structure and brand alignment.
The new strategic framework introduces TMR Invest as a dedicated platform for investment opportunities connected to the TMR brand and its wider ecosystem. Through the platform, clients can select an investment route that best reflects their financial objectives and preferences. Investors may choose to invest directly in specific TMR development projects or through the TMR Fund, which focuses on tourism-related real estate opportunities. The new naming structure also communicates the fund investment profile and its connection to the TMR expertise, long-standing development experience and operational know-how within the leisure and hospitality sector more clearly. The rebranding strategy and investment brand architecture were developed by Levosphere.
“We have created an investment ecosystem where clients can immediately understand the opportunities available and the organisation behind them. TMR Invest has been launched as a new umbrella platform, while Gopass Property has been reintroduced as TMR Fund. This structure allows TMR to communicate its investment offering more clearly and creates a more intuitive and transparent framework for investors,” says Silvia Žuffa, Senior Strategy Manager at Levosphere.
TMR is an established international company with extensive experience in the development, operation and management of premium leisure and hospitality assets. This strong operational background represents an important consideration for investors. The new brand architecture within the TMR Invest platform has been created to communicate this relationship more clearly and transparently, forming the central objective of the rebranding process and also the launch of the new investment platform.
