A sunny weekend at the thermal pools and water slides of Aquapark Tatralandia will be attractive for everybody who wants to be active, enjoy tropical relaxation and learn boxing basics with Tomi Kid. Our top female freestyle skiers and a snowboarder are about to swap their winter equipment for hard boxing gloves during the upcoming weekend and pit their strengths against the professional boxing elite in the middle weight category. It will be really attractive to look at as typical female delicacy will be laid aside during the exhibition. The spectators will have to see themselves whether the director of the National Sports Centre, Boris Čavajda pulls his socks up or whether parkourists (parkour- a raining discipline that uses acrobatic elements) from Prešov run away and hide from Tomi´s punches. There might be even a somersault battle for Tomi to enjoy. And also for Viliam Tankó, a successful young champion and one of the biggest newcomer stars of this year´s European Games in Baku that is trained by Tomi Kid. With some exaggeration, his life story can be compared to the “Slumdog Millionaire” film. Visitors who come to the amphitheatre of Tatralandia at the weekend can watch his talent and skills.
Tropical temperatures but also great weekend fun will be literally culminating. Along with Slovak boxing elite, visitors can look forward to a rich animation programme, volleyball, water gym, Let´s dance or flying in the Hurricane Factory. And a weekend full of physical activities is very close to intensive relaxation in the Celtic sauna world. To enjoy pleasant and peaceful moments at water, one cannot miss a tropical mixed cocktail. And there is a variety of them offered on the terrace of the Medrano restaurant in Tatralandia. In addition, Tomáš Gyén – a professional flair barman and sommelier, a real expert in his field is going to introduce a rich barman show on Saturday 4th July.
