Tatry Mountain Resorts aims to expand its offer into international real estate waters. In April, the public will have the opportunity to learn more about it in Prague at the INTERNATIONAL REAL ESTATE EXPO 2024 event.
The expo in Prague brings together developers, real estate brokers and professionals with investors seeking their ideal property investment. As a leader in tourism in Central and Eastern Europe, the TMR company focuses on operating mountain resorts, amusement parks and providing tourist services. Real estate projects in attractive locations of mountain resorts and water parks in Slovakia will form the basis of the offer that TMR Real Estate will present in the Czech capital.
“We carefully observe that there is growing interest in purchasing our recreational properties among foreign clients. We have learned to understand their needs and tailor the offer to be unique. By not only selling real estate but also operating mountain resorts and water parks, TMR offers clients additional advantageous synergies. At the expo in Prague on 12th – 13th April 2024, visitors are going to be presented not only with specific real estate projects but also with the newly established real estate fund called Gopass Property. TMR Real Estate and Gopass Property are going to be presented in various forms – via negotiations at the B2B and B2C level within the exhibition stand and then at a panel discussion on the first day of the expo. A presentation is going to be part of the programme on the second day of the expo as well.
