TMR’s Board of Directors is convoking the Annual General Meeting (AGM) for April 18, 2018 at Holiday Village Tatralandia, Liptovský Mikuláš with the start at 11 a.m. The AGM’s agenda inter alia includes business performance review of the financial year 2016/17, approval of individual financial statements and profit distribution, discussion on the business plan and financial budget for the current fiscal year 2017/18, the Supervisory Board’s report, a change in the Articles of Association, election of a Supervisory Board’s member, approval of the auditor, and dismissal of the Audit Committee members. Shareholders owning the TMR stock on the record date – April 15, 2018 may attend the AGM.
Besides the AGM’s agenda shareholders can take advantage of a prolonged weekend stay at Holiday Village Tatralandia at special rates.
For the prior financial year ending 31/10/2017 TMR achieved net profit as per individual financial statements in the amount of EUR 9.223 mil.

Tatry mountain resorts, a.s. In Poland TMR owns a 97% share in the mountain resort Szczyrkowski Ośrodek Narciarski S.A. (SON), a 75% share in a company that owns and operates Silesian Amusement Park (Śląskie Wesołe Miasteczko) and a 7.3% share in an amusementeducational project via the Polish company Korona Ziemi Sp. z.o.o. TMR also owns and leases hotels Slovakia, Kosodrevina, Liptov and Ski&Fun Záhradky a Bungalovy to third parties.
