TMR’s Board of Directors is convoking the Annual General Meeting (AGM) for April 28, 2017 at Grandhotel Praha**** Tatranská Lomnica with the start at 11 a.m. The AGM’s agenda inter alia includes business performance review of the financial year 2015/16, approval of individual financial statements and profit distribution, discussion on the business plan and financial budget for the current fiscal year 2016/17, the Supervisory Board’s report, election of a Supervisory Board’s member, and approval of the auditor. Shareholders owning the TMR stock on the record date – April 25, 2017 may attend the AGM.
Besides the AGM’s agenda shareholders can take advantage of a prolonged weekend stay at Grandhotel Praha**** Tatranská Lomnica at special rates; they can redeem their benefits and discounts in dining facilities of the High Tatras’ grandhotels and hotels and on services of wellness centers and Tatry Motion stores.
For the prior financial year ending 31/10/2016 TMR achieved net profit as per individual financial statements in the amount of EUR 4.814 mil.

Tatry mountain resorts, a.s. (TMR) is the leader in tourism in Central and Eastern Europe; it owns and operates attractive mountain resorts, amusement parks, restaurant facilities, sports services, shops and hotels. TMR also owns a 9.5 % share in Melida, a.s., which leases and operates the resort Špindlerův Mlýn in the Czech Republic. In Poland TMR owns a 97% share in the mountain resort Szczyrkowski Ośrodek Narciarski S.A. (SON), a 75% share in a company that owns and operates Silesian Amusement Park (Śląskie Wesołe Miasteczko) and a 7.3% share in an amusement-educational project via the Polish company Korona Ziemi Sp. z.o.o. TMR also owns and leases hotels Slovakia, Kosodrevina, Liptov and Ski&Fun Záhradky a Bungalovy to third parties. By the end of 2016 EUR 230 mil. had been invested into development and modernisation of TMR’s resorts. TMR shares are traded on three European stock exchanges – in Bratislava, Prague, and Warsaw.
