Shareholders of the TMR company adopted all proposals of the Board of Directors, including the one related to the individual financial statements and distribution of profit for the previous financial year, i.e. 5.7 million EUR according to the individual financial statements as of 31/10/2013. After transferring 10% of the profit to the reserve fund, the retained earnings shall be left in the TMR company, in an retained earnings account. Adam Tomis was elected a new member of the Supervisory Board and Igor Rattaj was re-elected chairman of the Supervisory Board, after being in office since June 2009.
The Board of Directors introduced the financial and investment plan for the financial year 2013/14 to the shareholders. They plan to reach annual revenue of 57.6 million EUR, which would mean a year-on-year growth of 5.9%. The earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) are planned to reach the amount of 19.1 million EUR, i.e. 490,000 EUR more when compared to the previous year.
TMR completed the first phase of their investment strategy in the Tatras in the previous year of 2012/13 after having invested almost 190 million EUR in the development of resorts and hotels. From the financial year 2013/14, TMR plans to keep investing in the already existing projects in order to maximise positive results in the future. This year´s budget for additional investments comprises 7.5 million EUR. The plans include reconstruction of the entrance hall and ticket offices in the water park Tatralandia and construction of a new restaurant – Medrano in the area of Tatralandia.
The shareholders could enjoy an attractive additional programme during the Shareholders weekend and use various benefits in the High and Low Tatras or at the water park Tatralandia.

Tatry mountain resorts, a.s. is a top subject in the field of tourism in Central and Eastern Europe, which owns and operates attractive ski resorts and hotels. These include the resort Jasná Low Tatras and the following hotels in the Low Tatras: Wellness hotel Grand Jasná, Boutique Hotel Tri studničky, Chalets Záhradky De Luxe, Mountain Hotel Srdiečko and Million Star Hotel. TMR owns 19% of the Melida, a.s. company, which leases and operates the mountain resort Špindlerův Mlýn in the Czech Republic. In Poland, TMR owns the resort of Szczyrk. The company also owns and rents hotels Slovakia, Kosodrevina, Liptov and Ski&Fun Záhradky and Bungalows. More than 190 million Euros were invested by the end of 2013 in the above mentioned resorts, to support development and modernisation. The TMR shares are traded on three European stock exchanges – in Bratislava, Prague and Warsaw.
