“The wedding exhibition will be organised in the beautiful and cosy atmosphere of Grandhotel Praha on Saturday from 10:00am to 05:00pm. All visitors can arrange everything they need for their wedding while enjoying a cup of coffee and learn how to prepare themselves for their big day,” said Ingrid Littmannová from the wedding studio Škerák.

She continued by noting that the vintage style and hand-made elements for the bride and the wedding decoration were preferred in the wedding business those days. “The ivory colour is still trendy. However, there are some brides who are not afraid to choose other combinations of colours and accessories. Folk traditions are being talked about a lot and used as motifs for wedding clothes and decoration. Couples who visit the wedding fair in the Tatras can find inspiration for their wedding but also order or buy products and services of most suppliers with attractive discounts. And to add something special, the folklore ensemble Vagonár will present the so called wedding bonnet ceremony,” concluded Ingrid Littmannová.

“Grandiose historic spaces under Mt. Lomnický štít are still popular and sought after due to their unique locality, luxurious atmosphere with high ceilings, marble columns and crystal chandeliers, as well as first-class services and great gastronomy. Couples who plan to have their wedding in Grandhotel Praha in Tatranská Lomnica can not only find a lot of inspiration at the fair but also have a look at a decorated Classic wedding suite with a canopy bed, golden wallpapers and a starry sky, a sample wedding table or make a tour around the hotel. Grandhotel Starý Smokovec will have a stall at the exhibition as well so the visitors will be given complex information about Grand weddings in the Tatras held in one place,” added Lucia Zastková, the banquet manager of Grandhotel Praha.
