The prize of the Central European Corporate Governance Association (CECGA) was commented on by the CEO and Chairman of the Board of TMR, Bohuš Hlavatý, who said: “Tatry mountain resorts, a.s. is a company trading publicly on three stock exchanges – in Bratislava, Prague and Warsaw and operating mountain resorts in the Tatras, which our national treasure. We thus have to and want to be transparent, inform about the latest events in the company and all its results. We are happy that our effort has been successful and awarded a prize.“

CECGA appreciated open approach, extend and information value the TMR Company has been presenting when publishing annual reports on the www.tmr.sk website. The research made by the Association focused on 94 companies and extend, quality and availability of information for investors and shareholders related to company management and governance. The aim was to point out companies that carry out their information duties in an exemplary manner. CECGA based their research on publicly available sources intended for investors and shareholders, the Central Register of Regulated Information of the National Bank of the Slovak Republic and websites of the companies in question.

“This year, we have added specific criteria – details about members of company bodies, remuneration policy, audit committees, remuneration and nominations, and predictable risk factors,“ said Barbora Lazárová, director of CECGA on specific conditions.
