This year´s 6-course menu will offer venison, fish, poultry but also high-quality beef sirloin. “All senses will be pleased by the unique gastronomy of unusual tastes and pleasant aromas of delicious drinks. Guests will be served the best sorts of wines such as Pinot Noir, Chardonnay sparkling wine, Dunaj, Palava, Tokaji and muscat but also ERB beer from Banská Štiavnica. The atmosphere of this special evening will be emphasised by flawless service at the highest level, adventurous snow groomer transport and breathtaking night views of the Western and High Tatras as well as the basin of Liptovská kotlina. The Von Roll restaurant has a unique interior rebuilt from the original chairlift station, which makes it very special,” said Marek Paračka, F&B manager at Tatry mountain resorts, a.s.
The ski resort of Jasná Nízke Tatry offers a rich après-ski programme during the winter season and this includes the Tatra Dinner of Emotions with a 5-course menu, which is organised in the Von Roll Luková restaurant three times per week – on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays. The Von Roll restaurant has received many international awards and is a proud holder of two Slovak records.
Unforgettable culinary evenings – the so called Full Moon Dinners are held on top of Mt. Chopok, in the panoramic Rotunda restaurant at the altitude of 2,004 metres at full moon, which is on 31/1, 2/3 and 31/3 this winter. The atmosphere is very intimate with a live music band, there is a lecture on the history of skiing in Jasná and clients can admire an exposition of original ski equipment.
