PRAGUE, 17th September 2024 – The Gopass Property investment project has completed its first three months of existence. During this period, it invested in building its portfolio and published the first figures for its investors.
Holiday properties provide stable and regular rental income. The growing demand for such properties in attractive destinations also guarantees long-term value growth of such investments. The Gopass Property project is built on this philosophy.
The first investors started joining Gopass Property in May 2024. “Gopass Property invested the acquired funds in purchasing 9 suites in the Villa Gronie complex in the Polish resort of Szczyrk and also took over 19 selected suites in the Bešeňová water park. In both cases, these are properties with a proven track record of above-average rental income and further potential. Thanks to these investments, Gopass Property achieved a return of 2.8% for investors in the first quarter, which corresponds to an annualised return of 11.2%. These results confirm the effectiveness and attractiveness of our investment strategy and result in positive appreciation of our investors’ capital,” informed Igor Rattaj, the Chairman of the Gopass Property Investment Committee.
In the next stage, Gopass Property plans to invest in several suites in the newly built Central Hotel in Jasná. Sales are expected to begin in October 2024, with Gopass Property having the opportunity to select suites as one of the first interested parties.
Gopass Property opens the door for investors who want to invest a lower amount than the price of one property and at the same time receive income from all the properties that Gopass Property owns. This is possible without the need to purchase a single property. Thanks to the synergy with TMR, Gopass Property is an attractive choice for investors looking for stable and long-term sustainable returns in the dynamically expanding sector of holiday properties, which is also part of a strong group. In addition, investing in GOPASS Property includes a package of benefits such as accommodation in properties that the investor owns through GOPASS Property or at selected partner hotels of the TMR group, discounted ski passes, fast passes, summer season passes and other non-financial benefits in TMR resorts in Slovakia and the Czech Republic.
