To combine business with relaxation and organise a conference, a training or teambuilding, one needs not only a good idea but also intensive contacts and continuous cooperation with the potential client. Event agencies and companies have to face various difficulties as well as a wide offer and quantity of services provided by individual suppliers. A successful event requires almost magical skills of the organiser. On the other hand, world trends indicate that one needs more creativity, games as a tool to reach success and profit, natural environment instead of dark spaces, more relaxation, sport, wellness and even complete disconnection from modern technologies in order to guarantee a successful modern event. Hotels of the Tatry Mountain Resorts company respond to these trends and needs of organisers. “The Tatras are a MICE tourism destination that corresponds to the latest trends and guarantees an environment where business is not the only key factor in the centre of attention. They offer space for relaxation, creativity and self-realisation in an inspiring environment. The focus on wellness, fitness and sports in our hotels gives another green light to our region,” said Alena Spišiaková, the head of hotel marketing of the Tatry mountain resorts, a.s. (TMR) company.
The TMR company is the biggest investor in the field of tourism in Slovakia and is well aware of the fact that developing tourism means building infrastructures as well as improving the quality of services. “The network of hotels in the Tatras offers a unique benefit that organisers of events cannot find e.g. in the Czech Republic. Besides the Central Reservation Department of TMR hotels, we have a new Central Event Department, which is ready to arrange everything for a conference or another type of event. One place, one contact person for all 10 TMR hotels with more than 2,500 beds within a radius of 80 km. This is a big advantage mainly for organisers who are used to short response times from abroad – getting an answer and an offer within 12 hours with a tailor-made programme. Our pro-client service is multilingual and ready to recommend the right hotel, conference room and various free time activities as well“, added Spišiaková.
The Tatra hotels are demolishing the myth about ordinary conferences, obligatory teambuilding and boring events. For more information, please read about atmospHERE events.
