Fans of the Von Roll Culinary Week will have a chance to take their taste buds high to the sky thanks to non-traditional transport with a grooming machine, taste fresh and extraordinary meals, discover real culinary fireworks of the best tastes and enjoy a special open-kitchen show. The most popular mountain restaurant among alpine resorts – Von Roll Restaurant Luková, which was ranked first in the international evaluation system of ski resorts and their quality (Skiareatest) and also holds two sabrage records, has hedged their bets on impression and tradition this year. “We have focused on fresh and high-quality ingredients, simple tastes and interesting service. The Von Roll Culinary Week will be wrapped in mystery, cold, falling fog and ice because this is what Jasná is about. I and my team will prepare 8 courses and 10 gastronomy experiences. I am looking forward to coming to the region of Liptov after a couple of years again, to an area I know very well, where I used to work in the past, met great people and found many friends. On the other hand, all this returning is partly strange and truly binding. The guests will be expecting something special from me,“ said Vojto Artz.

The outlook a la carte Von Roll Restaurant Luková, which features a fireplace and original museum-like interior with stone and wood as the main materials used, not only offers top-quality kitchen but also beautiful views of the Western and High Tatras, the basin of Liptovská kotlina and the dam of Liptovská Mara.             
Vojto Artz (1970) – the chef at the Metro Cash & Carry Slovakia, s.r.o company was working as the chef in the Tri Studničky**** hotel in Demänovská Dolina for 5 years. He is known from various TV shows and his cookery books. He graduated at the Yves Thuries Culinary Academy and has received various prestigious awards in the field of gastronomy. His best quality is his big passion for cooking and culinary art on the plate. Vojto Artz is a fan of molecular gastronomy and does live cooking shows. In his career, he has been cooking for almost all cultural, political and sports personalities in Slovakia and the Czech Republic.
