The Jasná ski resort combines the regions of Liptov and Horehronie and offers more than 50 km of ski pistes as well sa freeride and ski touring terrain. The chalets we built about 10 years ago and are currently owned by TMR, a.s., which has been leasing them so far. The company offers utilisation cooperation to future owners, which means high return investment without worries. TMR guarantees 4% of the purchase price excl. VAT/year in the case of chalet utilisation. All costs related to the operation and chalet leasing are paid by TMR, a.s.

Owners of all offered real properties can use them for personal recreation also if they sign utilisation agreements.
